A veneered product is one which showcases all the attributes of a solid timber product at a fraction of the cost. As with Solid timber, Veneer is cut from a log and then can be bonded onto numerous substrates. Due to the fact each tree is unique; unlike a Laminate or Melamine product; two veneered panels cut from the same log can have colour and grain variations from one sheet to another. This can be enhanced even more with natural or artificial light in the household.
Veneered materials have become an integral part of the Kitchen, Bedroom, Office and Shopfitting industries. There are a vast array of species all with varying characteristics, from shade of colour to grain structure. The most common veneers are Oak, Beech, Walnut, Ash, Maple and Cherry. As we work closely with a number of mills we can offer more exotic veneers such as Teak, Zebrano, Bamboo and Rosewood. Graded in quality, we can offer a veneer to suit your specific requirements.
